Terms of use & giving
These terms cover the WHEIF website, Feed a Friend sponsorship, one-time donations, and monthly giving. Sponsorship-specific rules also appear on /feed/terms.
- Donations are charitable gifts to support the Rawang Dog Shelter (Stray No More). They are not an adoption or ownership of any animal.
- Amounts are charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Approximate USD/SGD figures on the site are for guidance only.
- One-time gifts are generally non-refundable once the payment is completed, except for genuine processing errors or duplicate charges. Contact mail@wheif.org.
- Monthly giving: checkout opens a CommercePay page where you save a debit or credit card for automatic monthly gifts. To cancel future months, email mail@wheif.org (or follow the payment partner’s cancellation steps). We will stop future charges; months already collected are generally not refunded.
- Feed a Friend unused food balance may be redirected to the General Fund if a sponsored animal cannot be fed (see sponsorship terms).
- The shelter address is PT 27071, Daerah Gombak, Mukim Rawang, 48000 Rawang. The site is remote — message us for a precise pin.
- WHEIF may use photos and stories of rescued animals for awareness and fundraising.
